Hello, beautiful people, today is all about stepping into your most confident, radiant, and magnetic self.

Over the next few minutes, I’ll walk you through three powerful steps - Emotional Healing, Holding Your Presence, and Unshakable Confidence - so you can show up in life feeling seen, heard, and deeply worthy.

By the end of this, you’ll have practical action steps, affirmations, gratitude practices, and journal prompts to help you shift into the most magnetic version of YOU. Let’s dive in!

Step 1: Emotional Healing (Day 4 of Magnetic Me)

Before you can step into your full confidence, you must heal the wounds that made you doubt yourself in the first place. So many of us carry subconscious patterns from childhood - times when we felt unseen, unheard, or like we had to prove our worth.

Healing these past wounds isn’t about dwelling on the past. It’s about acknowledging what shaped you and giving yourself the love and validation you always needed.

Action Steps for Emotional Healing

  1. Inner Child Healing Meditation:

Close your eyes if it's safe to do so, take a deep breath and exhale - I want you to imagine for a moment that you are sitting with your younger self. Picture yourself as you were at a time when you first felt unheard or unseen. Maybe you were a child, maybe it was a moment in your life where you felt small, invisible, or as though your voice didn’t matter.

Take a deep breath in… and exhale

As you sit with your younger self, visualise yourself speaking to them. Gently, tell them, “I see you. I hear you. I love you. You are enough.” Let those words sink in deeply, and feel the weight of them. You have the power to offer this healing, to let go of the old narrative that you aren’t enough. The truth is, you’ve always been enough.

You can start to release these past wounds by acknowledging them and offering yourself the love and compassion you may not have received at the time. This healing work is not just for your past; it’s for your present, and it’s for your future.

Pause for a few seconds for reflection.

As you move through your day, remember that you are worthy of being heard, you are worthy of being seen, and you don’t have to prove yourself to anyone. Your presence, your voice, your being—that is enough!

Todays Questions

Q1: How do I know if I’m ready to heal my emotional wounds from the past?

Healing is a deeply personal journey, and there’s no "perfect" moment to start. You might feel resistance, hesitation, or even fear when thinking about revisiting past wounds. However, the fact that you're asking this question indicates that you're ready for transformation. The process of healing begins with acknowledging that your past experiences, while they may have shaped you, do not define you. If you're open to embracing the possibility of healing, you’re already on the right path. Day 4’s inner child healing meditation is designed to help you gently reconnect with those past wounds in a safe and nurturing way. Trust yourself and the process; healing takes time, and you are not alone in it.

Q2: How can I be sure that I’m truly healing and not just reliving past trauma?

It’s a common concern to worry about re-traumatising yourself during the healing process, but the difference between reliving trauma and healing is the approach and intention behind it. Healing is about acknowledging and understanding the past so you can release its hold on you and move forward. In Day 4’s inner child healing meditation, you are not meant to re-experience the trauma, but rather to nurture and soothe your younger self. You're offering love, compassion and understanding to the parts of you that felt unseen or unheard. If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, it’s okay to pause and ground yourself. Healing is a gradual process; one that allows you to reclaim your power. Keep in mind, you're creating a safe space for healing and growth.

Q3: How do I begin healing my past wounds to step into more confidence?

Healing your past wounds is about giving yourself the love, validation, and compassion you may not have received when you needed it most. Start by connecting with your inner child through visualisation or meditation. Picture yourself as a child and speak to them with kindness, telling them, “I see you, I hear you, you are enough.” Writing a letter to your younger self can also help you process and heal these wounds. By acknowledging your past and offering yourself love and care, you begin to break free from the limiting beliefs that self-doubt has created. Over time, this practice will help you develop unshakable confidence from within.

Step 2: Hold Your Presence (Day 5 of Magnetic Me)

Today is all about mastering the art of holding your presence in any conversation without the need to prove or explain yourself. This is a crucial step when overcoming self-doubt and embracing your true self.

Confidence isn’t about talking louder or proving yourself. True magnetism comes from holding your presence - standing firm in your worth without over-explaining, people-pleasing, or seeking validation.

When you can sit in a conversation and trust that your presence is enough, people will naturally be drawn to you.

Holding your presence directly challenges self-doubt. Every time you choose to stand firm in your voice, your body language, and your energy without the need to explain yourself, you dismantle the insecurity that often accompanies uncertainty. This practice is about embodying the truth that you are enough, and you do not have to prove that to anyone.

By mastering the skill of holding your presence, you're not just overcoming self-doubt—you're stepping into the most confident, powerful, and magnetic version of yourself. This is your moment to own your worth, embrace your authenticity, and show the world exactly who you are.

Action Steps for Holding Your Presence

  1. Pause Before Speaking – Instead of rushing to explain yourself, take a deep breath and respond with intention.

  2. Resist the Urge to Over-Explain – Say what you mean once, and trust that it is enough.

  3. Hold Eye Contact – Make genuine, confident eye contact when speaking or listening.

Affirmations for Holding Your Presence

  1. My presence is powerful without needing to prove myself.

  2. I trust that what I say and do is enough.

  3. I am magnetic when I am simply myself.

Gratitude for Holding Your Presence

  1. I am grateful for the confidence I am building each day.

  2. I appreciate the power of my words and presence.

  3. I am thankful for the moments I can simply be and feel worthy.

Journal Prompts

  1. When do I feel the urge to explain myself?

  2. What would it feel like to simply trust that I am enough?

  3. How do I want people to feel when they are in my presence?

Self-Care Ritual: Grounding Practice

Find a moment today to sit in stillness. Place your hands on your heart and take 10 slow breaths, feeling the power of your own presence.

Q1: How can I hold my presence and stop over-explaining in conversations?

Holding your presence comes down to trusting that who you are and what you have to say is enough. Instead of rushing to explain or justify yourself, pause before speaking. Take a deep breath, and respond with intention. Practice this in small conversations first, focusing on maintaining eye contact and speaking with clarity. The more you trust that you don’t need to convince anyone of your worth, the more powerful your presence will become. Remember, your presence is magnetic simply because you are showing up as your authentic self.

Q2: How do I stay grounded and confident if I’m nervous or anxious during a conversation?

It’s completely normal to feel nervous or anxious during certain conversations. However, staying grounded comes from focusing on your breath and the present moment rather than worrying about what others think or whether you’re saying the “right” thing. Take a deep breath, centre yourself, and remember: You don’t have to prove anything. Hold your presence by standing firm in your worth, knowing that you are enough just as you are. The more you practice this, the more natural it will become to stay calm and confident, even in challenging conversations.

Step 3: Unshakable Confidence (Day 6 of Magnetic Me)

Confidence is an energy. It’s not just how you talk, walk, or dress—it’s how you own your space. When you walk into a room believing in your worth, people feel it.

The energy you bring shifts the energy in the room. Today, your job is to embody confidence and observe how people respond to you differently.

Action Steps for Unshakable Confidence

  1. Walk into a Room with Full Presence – Shoulders back, chin lifted, with the energy of “I belong here.”

  2. Post Online from a Place of Confidence – No disclaimers, no shrinking—just own what you say.

  3. Notice How Others Respond Differently – People mirror your energy. When you own yourself fully, they will respond with more respect and admiration.

Affirmations for Unshakable Confidence

  1. I radiate confidence and self-assurance.

  2. My energy is magnetic to the right people and opportunities.

  3. I walk into every space knowing I belong.

Gratitude for Unshakable Confidence

  1. I am grateful for the confidence I am stepping into.

  2. I appreciate the way my energy shifts when I believe in myself.

  3. I am thankful for the opportunities that come when I embody confidence.

Journal Prompts

  1. How do I feel when I fully own my confidence?

  2. What shifts when I walk into a space with certainty?

  3. What can I do daily to embody more confidence?

Self-Care Ritual: Power Dressing

Wear something today that makes you feel unstoppable - whether it’s bold lipstick, your most confident outfit, or your favourite jewellery or scent. Show up like the most confident, radiant and magnetic version of you.

Q1: How do I embody unshakable confidence in everyday situations

Unshakable confidence starts with believing in your worth and embodying it in everything you do. It’s about showing up fully in every space - whether in person or online - with the belief that you belong there. Start by standing tall, walking into rooms with purpose, and owning your energy. Don’t wait for permission to take up space; instead, give yourself permission to be bold and unapologetically you. Notice how people begin to respond to you differently when you fully own your confidence. Practice this daily, and you’ll start to notice the shift in both how you see yourself and how others perceive you.
